I am trying something a new this month, instead of setting up the listing for each gathering a couple days before the event (if I am lucky), I have set them up in advance.

I have built out the events for the next three months. I am interested to see if this has any affect on attendance. I am going to send out the newsletters the first day of the month and will do several twitter reminders prior to each gathering.
