If you are planning on coming to a gathering please RSVP on upcoming for that particular night. By RSVPing it gives us a good idea of how many people are coming, and if a lot of people show up you are guaranteed to play.

Portland Werewolf November '09 Gathering

We will meet at Vino Vixens at 6:00pm on November 11th. Vino Vixens sells beer and wine (and meat and cheese). You can bring in your own food. I think this could be a really venue for us. We are going to try it in November and we will see how it goes.
Also, Vino Vixens closes at 9pm so we will start playing at 6:00p.

A change of venue!

Big things are afoot here at Portland Werewolf. We are going to try some new digs.
For the month of November we are meeting at Vino Vixens on Powell.
We will meet at Vino Vixens at 6:00pm on November 11th. Vino Vixens sells beer and wine (and meat and cheese). You can bring in your own food. I think this could be a really venue for us. We are going to try it in November and we will see how it goes.

Trying something new...
Sun, 09/13/2009 - 23:00 — uselink126I am trying something a new this month, instead of setting up the listing for each gathering a couple days before the event (if I am lucky), I have set them up in advance.
I have built out the events for the next three months. I am interested to see if this has any affect on attendance. I am going to send out the newsletters the first day of the month and will do several twitter reminders prior to each gathering.
